About Mrs. Hoft

I am enjoying my sixth year as a fifth grade teacher!  I received my Master's in Arts and Teaching from Columbia International University in 2008 and am proud to call myself an educator!  I love spending my days creating, laughing, and always learning with my amazing students!  Before teaching I directed an after school program through the University of Missouri where I also received my Bachelor's degree.  I am originally from Missouri, but truly enjoy it here in the South!  In my free time I like to hang around the house with my husband and son, participate in activities with our church, read, watch (too much) television, blog, and make craft projects.  Feel free to email me anytime at jhoft@richland2.org.
